We called Reliable and David said he would pick us up in 30 minutes at the Ranger Station. He showed up in 20 minutes so there was no long wait at all. The car was clean, David was friendly, the drive was safe and efficient. The fare was reasonable. David told us to give him a call when we were ready to get back on the Metro to go back to the campground and he would meet us at the College Park Station to drive us back. We called and when we got off the Metro, had to wait for 10 minutes while he finished up with another fare. He apologized for the delay and didn't charge us for the ride back! Would definitely use this Taxi Service again!

However, we had no other way so I decided to go with the company closest to campus. It was probably one of the better decisions I made that day. The man on the phone was very courteous and easy to understand. The taxi came 5 minutes early, and I also received a call after we were already 10 minutes into our trip from the same man asking if my taxi had arrived. Our driver was extremely kind and asked us our preferred route. He was a safe driver and got us there in less time than we had expected, for less money than we expected. My only gripe that I must subtract one star for is the fact that the driver told me they would be operating until well past 3 AM, given that it was a Friday night. However, when I called back later that night at 11 PM to call for a taxi to take us back--the phone lines had closed. We ended up being stranded for about 40 minutes until a friend picked us up. All in all, a service that I have added to my bookmarks and would use again in the future.
