The pierogis were very tasty, being filling, balanced, and well-cooked, served with side salads. The buckwheat dish was the highlight, however, with an incredible array of flavours and textures. This is exactly the situation at Shipudei Berek, a modern Israeli restaurant run by a passionate chef who wanted to bring a piece of Tel Aviv to Warsaw!
