Pictures speak louder than words!!!…read more Brown water every other WEEK. If you're lucky just a couple times every month. Had a baby we couldn't bathe ever, never mind shower ourselves. Cant do dishes and our laundry was always ruined. Asked for reimbursement of some type because every time we did our laundry all our clothes were brown and/or smelled of bad water. We literally had to throw out our clothes in the constant over packed trash dumpster where coyotes and every other animal like to go to every night. Not fun! We moved. See ya never!

"Business Owner Hello Maria, We would be happy to address…read moreany questions or concerns you have. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. Thank you." is this a joke? I've never once received a response to multiple emails about the overflowing dumpsters and the smell and vermin they're attracting. Broken windows in the hallway between apartments. in January 2022, my rent went up from $1950/month to $2300/month. In October 2022, I received my lease for 2023 - $400/month rent increase starting in January 2023. I was astonished- $700/month rent increase over the course of 2 years living here?!? I went to the office to try and discuss this with hope of working something out. the woman working there greeted me with a curt "nothing I can do about it". i Left my contact info with her and asked if someone in a position to do something would please contact me, Before the October 15 lease deadline. I've heard crickets. so now you're finally responding with a canned response only after I left an honest detailed Yelp review about this complex. Ha - the irony!

This apartment community is the best I've ever lived in…read more Not only are the buildings beautiful, modern, and clean. Not only are the grounds kept wonderfully, the pond is beautiful, and the landscape looks like a Christmas card. Not only are the amenities fantastic and beautiful. Not only are the neighbors nice and friendly. Not only is the rent affordable. Not only is the location easy from both 93 and 495... ...but the Lodge at Ames Pond has the best staff I've ever encountered. First make sure to book yourself a showing with Farida (or Greg, I'm sure he's nice too). She is up-front, clear, and a fantastic individual to work with. It's not a sales pitch with Farida, but rather an exploration of what would work best for you and your family. She knows the property inside and out, and loves it just as much as we do. You'll leave with a signed lease, and a smile on your face. Everything is easy, UDR makes renting from a REIT a breeze with their online systems and quick turn around. The maintenance crew keeps the property wonderful, responds to tickets immediately, and keeps all this snow out of the way. There are other places out there, but seriously, stop looking. Come be our newest neighbor!

No staff on site after hours. I called the emergency number for a flooded bathroom due to a sink supply line leak - no one responded until days later. - Literally the only non-threatening email we get from management is the once yearly cookout - paid for by Xfinity and not UDR. - They constantly remind you of your liability while accepting no responsibility themselves. And everything is an additional fee... - "Secure" (unsecure) package room? Fee. - Parking? Fee. - Security cameras mentioned in the lease - never show any useful footage of thefts/crimes - Wanna have a cigar outside on your balcony? Can't - total non-smoking property, even outdoors. - Pet rent - people are shocked when they hear how much I pay, they tell me what they pay and it's always an order of magnitude less. - Any utilities included? Are you kidding me, even though, without housing assistance, the cheapest 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment is currently going for $2,525 a month. Look elsewhere. They put on a good show but the veil drops pretty quickly after you move in.

I was referred to them when I requested a showing on Zillow, and I'm so glad I was given the opportunity to work with them! Arthur was really communicative and super quick to answer any questions I had via text or email, and was able to help point out things to look for when at showings, like the windows, etc. I greatly appreciated how helpful he was in explaining and walking me thru every part of the process - it can be overwhelming! I also super appreciate his very fast response times to anything I needed! I found my dream condo in such a tough market in the greater Boston area, and was ecstatic to have my first offer accepted! Arthur helped me write a competitive offer, and was able to help me modify the offer to eventually win the sale. Arthur also connected/referred me to any services I needed, like lawyer, inspector, insurance, etc. - and they have all been great! I highly recommend Arthur and his team - they will make your home buying process smooth and stressfree!

From the…read moreevaluation of price, to improvements of the space to make it more appealing, his team was on top of it. We greatly appreciated the level of engagement and effort, especially since we were already in a different state. Arthur and his team showed up to help with the fire inspection and were there to have contractors come by for some final touchups when we could make it. Throughout the negotiation process, Arthur and his team were open, realistic and willing to put our needs first. Finally, through the closing process, we felt comfortable understanding all of the documentation, fees and process required to complete the sale. Overall, we highly recommend DNA Realty to anyone looking at buying or selling a home.
