Typically Management is very responsive to any concerns. For example I had a leaky roof and they got someone out same day. I had some loose boards on my deck and within a week they were replaced. I will say myself and others have had problems with office staff losing checks, being disorganized with communications and generally being unhelpful. I can't tell you how many times the woman sends an email and moments later has to send a correction. It is constant. I like Jim though. He is respectful and fair. I like living here, and most people complaining are breaking the condo rules they signed up for. For the most part, the place looks nice with landscaping (those benches are terrible) the roads are paved when needed, painting is done every 5 years and the rules keep people from having junk out. I do wish we had our own water meters though. I know water is always causing our condo fees to go up and I am using far less than the families. Also adding I have a dog and we walk the big loop around and see many other dogs everyday.
