It is a veritable botanical garden - there is way too much signage and art installed all over the place to not get distracted and cause you to pull out your phone to take some pics. Prices seem on par with Good Earth, Home Depot, Bedfords, etc. - a dollar or two more or less depending on what you are looking at. They did offer some different plants not seen elsewhere that we scooped up: Carolina, confederate, and West Indies jasmine and patriot hosta. If you are into gardening, this place is definitely worth a look in addition to other places. After a summer here, you'll discover that you need to go fishing for plants everywhere from flea markets to Krogers - each place seems to have their specials and different varieties.

I coordinated labor and prepped my driveway for the scheduled delivery. Delivery never happened. I received no call from the driver as promised. I followed up and was told the driver "should have been there." Finally, around 4 p.m., I received a call from the so-called driver -- later identified as the owner, who told me the gravel wouldn't be delivered that day and said, "Then I'll just give you a refund." When I questioned the service, he became hostile and rude, shouting, "Yes! This is how I treat customers!" Then he hung up the phone on me. No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation -- just pure disrespect. I had workers waiting all day, and I ended up wasting money, time, and energy. I contacted another gravel company, and they already knew who I was talking about -- apparently, this behavior is nothing new. Please be cautious when doing business here. I would not recommend Ground Cover Supply to anyone. No customer deserves to be treated like this.

Use pebbles to decorate the planter. Had a choice of one type of bonsai plant. There was no room for 2 people to work together on the project at the same time. Our care tips was a leaflet and one check out, water plant weekly and if you trim brown branch, it won't grow back, if you trim a light colored branch, it will continue growing. Not worth the cost for the experience. Have done other things at PlantHouse that were a better value and more fun.

The company has since gone out of business and any purchase records/warranties are no longer available. Don't know when they went out of business, It could have possibly been a month or two after I purchased the item. Which only means that I would've had a " just suck it up" experience earlier. Although this heavy piece of furniture (close to 200 lbs) has never been moved from the original location, on Aug 3, 2026, I awoke to find the bottom had fallen off. In the course of 8+ hours, I have spoken to several Home Depot representatives, to include one from Corporate. Their suggestions to name a few have been: "Suck it up," "I've worked at Corporate; they're not going to do anything." "The company filed bankruptcy so any warranty is no longer valid." "Your warranty was with the manufacturer, not Home Depot". "Your purchase is out of date; therefore the warranty is out of date"... No response from Company, CEO or online sales Director. Definitely will not be buying any more furniture from these folks. They just need to stick with small stuff.

The lady that answered the phone knew EXACTLY what to get and hooked me up. She asked my budget (and hit the number on the first guess) and said she'd stick some pretty flowers in it to make her coworkers jealous and boy did it work! Great job. Will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone I know in Augusta. For what I paid, she made a beautiful arrangement. I called a bit after 9 AM and gave her all the info and she had them delivered before 11 AM.
