As a current patient of Dr Steven Bello I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early. I had…read moreanswered several text message reminders with a "yes" I would be there. At the reception counter I was informed Dr Bello had a "medical emergency" today and that I had received a voice mail of this fact one day earlier at 9am. I replied no voice message had been received and also showed her a 7pm reminder text of my appointment from that very previous night. Receptionist then doubled-down on the lie about the a voice message and dismissed the 7pm robo-call as irrelevant. Unprofessional treatment of this sort by a medical professional is never expected. But it is a good reason to fire them. Good luck if you stay with this office.

Dr Magardino was referred to me by my allergist , my nose was always stuffed up…read more He was very helpful, told me I had a 90% deviated septum and said Septoplasty and turbinate reduction would fix things up. I asked him if this was a nose job and would this change my nose ? He said No and my nose would be the same . The septoplasty was a great success and I could and still can breathe perfectly but within a month two new issues came up One, my nose was running watery all day where anyone around me would ask if I was sick Two my nose shape was very different It had a flat and piggish look I went in to talk to him about it and he said it was fine and still healing but 6 months later the problem was still there I went to a plastic surgeon , she didn't want to get involved and said maybe too much carteledge was removed and to go see another ENT I went to my allergist about the runny nose and he gave another nasal spray but now once again I'm using a nasal spray I went back to see Dr Magardino this week and boy was he not happy with me! He was annoyed, defensive and beyond rude. He said nothing he did would cause my issues and my nose was fine, but in looking these problems up they are a direct result if during the septoplasty too much carteledge was removed from the tip of the nose it would result in a " Piggy nose" and if the tutbinates were reduced too much the result is a runny nose He told me " any one can get a runny nose" and I could get fillers in my nose and to see a plastic surgeon He also added as the end slap in my face "What do you want , you're 75 years old" Yes he did ! I excused myself and he left the room before me very angry that I challenged him So there you have it !

I have been loyal to Collier Hearing Center and also loyal to the Widex brand. Purchasing hearing aids without medical insurance is expensive. One caveat, I do purchase the high-line hearing aids. I've found through years of use that a telecoil is a must-have for me. Our church is equipped to broadcast on the telecoil frequency. I no longer have an excuse for not hearing the priest. :) My biggest problem is a crowded room with conversation. This set will solve some of that problem. So at the next Yelp event, if I nod and smile, they didn't solve the issue. If I nod, smile, and engage, then I can hear.

However, my experience during the visit was very upsetting. During a nasal endoscopy attempt, I experienced significant pain almost immediately. I clearly expressed that it hurt and asked him to stop. I was told that it "should not hurt" and that what I was feeling was not real. I even began to question myself and agreed to try the procedure a second time, thinking it might be psychological. The second attempt was even more painful, to the point that I had tears coming out and had to ask again for him to stop. At that point, instead of acknowledging the situation, the doctor became visibly frustrated. He stated that he had performed the procedure "a million times" and insisted that it does not hurt, implying that my reaction was not valid. He then threw the instrument into the sink with noticeable irritation. I also felt blamed for reacting physically to the pain, even though that is a natural human response. Being told that my pain was not real and being treated with frustration rather than care was deeply distressing. I left the office in tears. I respect the doctor's experience and do not question his knowledge, but patient care also requires listening, empathy, and respect, especially when a patient is in pain. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as no patient should feel dismissed or invalidated in a medical setting.

I met with Dr. Baccaro after a breast cancer diagnosis. At first, my visit was nothing more than a…read morestandard second opinion, as I had scheduled my surgery with another physician and was simply doing my due diligence by securing another opinion - until I met him. Visiting his office was a game changer for sure. After meeting with him, I had no doubt he was the physician for me. Being faced with a cancer diagnosis, having to undergo a bilateral mastectomy, months of chemo, reconstruction, and a lot of uncertainty; it was all exceptionally overwhelming for me. From the day I met him, Dr. Baccaro has treated me in a way that I feel his care for me. He's so kind and compassionate, exceptionally bright and talented, and has carefully guided me each step of the way. He works with a great team as well. Lisa, Brittany, and Amy are so lovely and totally committed to exceptional patient care. I've been a regular patient there for months due to the nature of my needs. Dr. Baccaro and his nurse, Lisa, always have thorough answers to all my questions, both pre and post op- and everything in between. Lisa is so endearing. Her sweet and charming demeanor has calmed me through the turmoil of breast cancer. I recently underwent my reconstruction surgery with Dr. Baccaro and am so happy with my results. My mastectomy/reconstruction looks more like an augmentation, its remarkable. I highly recommend Dr. Baccaro and would absolutely 100% trust him with any procedure, especially given mine was so radical. He's a very skilled and talented surgeon with a keen eye and is truly meticulous, taking his time for the benefit of his patients. He's also a really kind person and it's a rare occasion when find those attributes all together. I can't thank him enough for everything he's done for me. I'll always be grateful I made my way to his office.

I had to then have more fillers to achieve a better look. The temporal brow was minimal and does not reflect any results, so more fillers were necessary. It took almost 5 months for one side to fully close. It kept spitting sutures. This was my body, not Dr. BONETTS fault. He is extremely pleasant, you feel comfortable in his hands but, I should have just stayed with injections.
