Even after one cut, my grass looks a better. The trimming is good, cut is even and he took his time to really make sure it was done right. Charlie reached out to me, I told him my son needed a very large but dead tree to be cut down and the stump to be grinded out. He came out later that day, was very polite, respectful (I only say that as most men doing business with women, are not), he looked over the tree, we negotiated a fair price (with my son on the phone) and he said I would be his last job the following day & he would text me when they were on the way. On Wednesday, I got a text around 3pm, his crew arrived and then Charlie arrived and everyone got to work. It was completely amazing how quickly his crew got this large, dead tree down, loaded in their trailer, they cleaned up the mess and were gone in about 50minutes. If you are in need of a tree removed, or maybe pruning of your trees, Charlie & his crew are the ones you want doing the job! I promise they will not let you down in service or politeness. Despite that, the owner assumed I only wanted the exterior treated, which makes no sense for preventative service. No professional would reasonably think the outside alone solves flea problems. When I brought up the issue after fleas appeared inside, instead of taking responsibility, he became defensive, denied what was agreed upon, and eventually refused to service my home further. His messages were dismissive and unprofessional, showing zero accountability. A preventative treatment is meant to cover both interior and exterior for a property of this size, not just half the job. If you want reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere.

All of this I would have overlooked if they had just done the work they actually charged me for. They had to come back and put in the right bush because they installed the wrong bush they had to come back dig out the old mulch around my trees because the first time they just threw in the new mulch right on top and I know for a fact they did not remove all the fabric around my flowerbeds they just put new fabric down and threw new mulch on top. My quote was to remove and haul off every bit of the old stuff. I'm sorry I don't like to make complaints like this but I will not recommend these people and I will not ever call them to come back.

He asked me the size and type of tree that I wished to replace it with, and told me he could do the job on the next day. He picked up the new tree (15 foot tall) brought it to the house, removed the dead tree and had the new one in the ground within 2 hours!
