Then a few days ago after the massive rainstorm in the Dallas area, some water got through. I called Brook and it turned out to be a simple fix on the way the gutters were configured. His top man Humberto modified the gutter, added some flashing and looked over the rest of the roof, doing minor touchup repairs on shingles and vent boots. Humberto also helped me install some VentGuards that I never got around to doing until today. All taken care of so fast with one phone call, at no charge.
