The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Alberto's team fixed our fence, raised the gate up several inches, added cable to prevent sagging, and added an automatic gate opener. They also repainted all the iron. He handled all the permitting at no extra cost which was fantastic because all the paperwork that Mansfield wants was making my eyes cross. He brought out a four man crew and they did the job in two days even though it was raining on the second day. They did a spectacular job and I'm so pleased with the new fence. I originally wanted just a regular fence because of the cost; however, when we met for an estimate, Rey persuaded me that a board on board privacy fence in treated cedar wood would be the best option and it would last a lot longer. He had me convinced that they would do a great job at a decent price considering the cost for cedar wood. The added bonus was he would stain my fence for free if I supplied the stain. I felt like this was a good deal after receiving several quotes from other fence companies. We agreed on a price and I paid $4,000.00 for what I thought would be a decent quality fence, but, I was mistaken. The pictures I was shown and the fence that I received are totally different. I now understand that quality was clearly not their focus. To my knowledge, I should not be able to see through a privacy fence, the nails should not split the wood nor should they be lodged between the fence panels. My back gate should close without force and be leveled so I can place a lock on it. They left colored stain on my house brick, throughout my grass and driveway. Rey had me believing that this fence should last me about 15 years, but, I don't believe it will last 15 months let alone 15 years. They used poor quality materials which won't last. I expressed my concerns on more than one occasion. Rey said they would come back and make some adjustments over the phone, but, I have not heard nor seen them since September 2015. Because he feels that he gave me a great deal for cedar wood and my concerns are minor. If I want any more work done, he said they needed more money to do it. They are not willing to come back and correct any of their work even after providing a 1 year warranty. I feel mislead and wrongfully taken advantage of. I gave them my money in good faith that he and his wife would do a good job because they seemed like honest people doing honest business. I was wrong. Their lack of integrity is sad and very disappointing. There are a lot of companies doing business now that no longer care about repeat business or loyal satisfied customers nor referrals and this company seems to be one of them. Please be aware if you value your money because it's too hard to come by to just it give away. Just sharing my experience, GD

Capital Welding was able to properly identify the root cause after inspection and even identified deficiencies performed on a previous repair.
