He went to the property promptly, assessed the yard, provided a fair quote, and sent me photos. Honestly, the yard was in much worse shape than I realized. There were extensive weeds in the backyard and a lot of land to maintain. John exceeded my expectations. He treated the yard by spraying approximately five gallons of weed killer to tackle the overgrowth. Because the weeds need time to die before they can be fully cleared, he explained that he wasn't able to complete the backyard during this visit. He offered to return in two weeks to finish the job for a very fair price, which I truly appreciated. He mowed and cleaned up as much of the property as possible, and the transformation was incredible. His pricing was honest and reasonable, and the quality of his work was outstanding. When you're coordinating care for a loved one from over 1,500 miles away, finding someone you can truly trust means everything. John gave me peace of mind knowing my sister and her home were being cared for with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. We purchased 4 trees 5 years ago from a nursery in Dallas and the trees at Roland's were bigger and at the 2021 price we paid back in the day!
