When I inquire about other listings, he ignore me. Sent a follow email with no response. Very disappointed a partner at this reputable firm would behave this way and tone set for his staffs.

In telephoning Tripp Way, after I found his cell phone number on his company's website, he screamed at me for disturbing his vacation, even though I was unaware of him being on vacation. Others such as Grier Wakefield, Daniel Wham and Griffin Conaty were unresponsive and apathetic to my communications. DSM had a law firm threaten to sue me if I wrote a disparaging review of my horrible experience with them. It's a shame they're not familiar with the U.S. Constitution. Lastly, they refused to deal with me in 2025 because I left them a negative review 4 years prior when their employees were just as apathetic and unresponsive back then. As a result, I feel that the culture at DSM is very retaliatory toward their clients at the property owner's expense. In addition, if you look at DSM's website, you'll see that each of their team members are pictured. There are 36 total team members, and only one MAY be someone of color. Also, out of the 36, only a third are women. What does that say about DSM's hiring practices? I am a woman, and when I TRIED to be a DSM client on 3 different occasions over the course of the past 4 years, I felt undervalued and dismissed each time!
