It's a company that shows no compassion and mainly greed, they are charging me a 2-month fee while they are likely re-renting the apartment. Residents have had to spend their own money and labor just to keep the place looking livable -- because REI does not act with urgency or care. Even basic communication is a struggle. This isn't just about one delayed repair -- it's about the complete lack of respect, accountability, and basic property management.
