I reached out to the company to express my disappointment and seek resolution. The woman expressed her sympathies and requested photos. She stated upon review of the photos she would release a "partial refund" which I thought was ridiculous to begin with. They should have either given a full refund or offered to come back to redo it. We received $50 back and no offer to remedy the issue of the apartment not being properly cleaned! Would not recommend this company at all. Photos speak for themselves. What did we spend $200 for exactly?
