It was decided that we suffered enough damage that we needed a complete new roof on our 15 year old home. After talking to friends and neighbors we decided to give Christian Brothers Roofing a call. They were very professsional from start to finish. The appraiser arrived on time for a complete walk around and measurement. He provided us with information on the various products/shingles that they recommend. He gave us a list of addresses to view previous jobs and roof colors/shingle manufacturers. After choosing the roofing material we called back and told them our decision. We were given a price on the job plus faxed a complete itemization. A date was then set for the job and despite the magnitude they advised us it would take them one day. The day prior to the work date the pallets of shingles were delivered to our driveway. Early in the morning on the work day the crew arrived and layed tarps around the entire exterior of the house. The crew worked non-stop all day long and completed the job prior to dusk. Just as efficiently as they set up they also cleaned up. Tarps were rolled up, deck, driveway, and walkways were cleaned with a magnetic roller to pick up any stray nails. Job well done! We're happy to recommend this company. (Hopefully we won't need to be a repeat customer for many years.)

They take months to respond and are very hesitant to correct problems they caused. The owner Aaron Jenkins does not take responsibility for these things. He instructs the workers not to greet you when starting the job and not to tell you when they are done. The workers are not allowed to go into the attic. The workers will never sell report damage or mistakes they made. You have only 3 days to find these things and report them to the company or they can refuse to come back to your house. What seems to matter the most to this company is having there invoice paid in full despite unresolved issues and obtaining a 5 stare google review.

The previous roof had two…read morelayers that were in poor condition, rotted decking, leaking and molded chimney stack (which needed to be torn down and replaced with a b-vent), plus flashing needed in several areas. We were overwhelmed by the amount of work needing to be done, but Bone Dry did an excellent job of explaining everything in detail, and we went into the job feeling confident in Bone Dry's abilities. Our appointment was originally scheduled for before we moved in, but was pushed back several times due to other jobs running over, which was a bummer considering it was scheduled 2-3 months in advance. We were happy though with the continued contact throughout the job, and the friendliness and professionalism of our point-of-contact on-site. He continuously texted photos of the job, the damaged decking, and explained what they were doing and why. Our only complaints are 1. of course, being pushed back so many times, but I have to understand the nature of the job. We were hoping for the job to be done by move-in for the sanity of our dogs. 2. They completely tore off all of our gutters, and even left some parts on that now dangle off of our house, which sway in the wind causing damage to the siding. It may be common sense, but we didn't realize all the gutters would be torn off and when we followed up with Bone Dry about it, they gave us another quote for installing new ones (which ended up being almost half the price of the entire roofing job itself). Needless to say, we haven't replaced the gutters just yet, and were a little disappointed by the lack of communication on the matter, especially with how awesome and thorough they were with everything else. I would definitely still recommend Bone Dry and their services, and will surely use them again in the future!

The gutter and gutter board on the back of my home came loose and was hanging down. Called Bone Dry to get a quote. Cameron (who was awesome) came out on April 8th to assess the issue and give me a quote. I signed a contract that day. Weeks and weeks pass by and I don't hear anything from Bone Dry regarding a date where they plan to come out and get the job done. I get text messages on April 30th, May 14th, and May 28th saying they eager to begin working on my roof. June 15th rolls around and nothing has been done or communicated. The issue had become much worse , where my gutter and gutter board were now detached from my home and laying across my patio. I call their office and speak to someone who says she will have someone reach out to me by EOD. I hear nothing. I call back the following day and notify them that no one reached out to me as they said they would. The person I spoke to told me she was going to contact the main boss (who was on family vacation) to see if someone could reach out to me. I finally hear from someone and they scheduled a crew to come out on June 17th to get the work done. The crew did in fact show the morning of June 17th and got the job done. As soon as the job was complete, I began getting mass amounts of text messages and phone calls to make sure I pay the invoice. If only I received the same effort to get my roof fixed as I did to receive my payment... Not once I have received an apology, communication where they went wrong, nothing (expect constant hounding for payment).

I gave him a bad review because he was not forth comming. Finally he to sent his guys out to repair new gutter he had already replaced. I updated my prior review to 5 stars out of appreciation. His excuse for not returning my calls or text messages was, "I am busy man". Approx. three months ago an additional repair he made prior was replacing alumiinum wrap and weather seal trim on my garage door opening. The wrap rippled excessably causing the weather stripping to bow out into a permanent warped position. He told me that he would replace it that comming weekend. He did not show up. After severai attempts I re-contacted him...he assured that it would be taken care of. Well what he did instead was ghost us. So recently we had to, after all this time, was hire another contractor to redo the job right. I do not recommend this contactor...

They showed up the same day! I was shocked that they showed up. We've all had contractors make appointments and then not show. My inspector arrived and toured my home inside where we have a leak. He took his time to fully assess every inch of my roof and gutters. I have had many contractors at my home and I have never experienced such a thorough assessment and inspection of my home. It was like he was inspecting his own home. Juan was outstanding and I am looking forward to seeing my estimate which should arrive in 3 business days. (This is not an emergent need.) If we choose to go with this company, I will update my review. We are looking to have to replace part of our roof (boo) and need gutters cleaned out so bad, they are pulling off the house because they are so clogged.
