I called back and talked to possibly the owner, who was extremely rude and how he spoke to me suggested I was a bother to him. I was told that I should get rid of my dog since it is 12 years old. Who suggests this to a customer? My dog has no health issues and acts like a young dog. I just wanted the area treated properly the first time. I had my carpets cleaned 2 years ago by Kettle Moraine Professional Cleaners and I didn't have any issues with dog urine smell. I used Syl's based on suggestions from friends.
