They don't know what they're doing and it's a simple job to patch a tire. After going through the effort of pulling out an engine for me they saw it was not the exact part it was listed as. I know a lot of shops that would have just sent it anyways and played dumb. Mickey let me know right away that it was not an exact match to what I was looking for. Even though they had already went through everything to take the part out and knowing they would lose the sale he let me know that while pretty similar their part wouldn't work for my truck. You don't find fair prices, upfront honesty, and putting the customer before a buck in many businesses anymore, but I found it alive and well with these guys!
