While I have my own extensive knowledge and experience in healing and nutrition, and even coach others in these areas as part of my business, I often look to Julie for her expertise; and in particular I value how meticulous and impeccable she is with her knowledge and research. In one instance, she helped me refine my strategy to boost my body's immune system to fight off a tooth abcess (infection) that the dentist wanted to drill (and kill) my tooth! As for another even bigger and more profound result, I hope it doesn't sound too fantastic to say that out of my healing sessions with Julie, I experienced nothing short of an emotional healing miracle. We released trapped pain, trauma, guilt and shame that I've been carrying and heavily impacted by for 17 years. Although the shift during and right after that session was significant, the biggest impact wasn't immediate. At the end of that session, Julie told me that the work we did will often achieve its fullest effect within a few days. I thought to myself "yeah, ok, I've heard this before..." But as if on cue, 4 days later I woke up with a sense of emotional freedom and peace I literally couldn't remember ever feeling before, and that I honestly didn't believe I would ever experience in this lifetime. And yet there it was--all that emotional junk just gone, dissolved. No big drama or cathartic release--like it just evaporated! It wasn't even just that I was skeptical--I'd tried so many things and it had been so long and difficult that I was resigned that the best I could do was just "live with it" and get better at coping with it. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised or elated!! Julie's various approaches are unique and powerful. Of all the extensive modalities that I've tried, I'm never experienced anything like working with her. In one of my sessions I was able to see the influences (root cause) for some of my beliefs and my mission for this life.  My challenges and yearnings finally made sense. I was able to clear away the mental clutter and move toward my higher purpose.   Our healing sessions have built on top of what we've done before providing compounding support for my life path and personal growth. Shortly after each session opportunities came up that supported my goals. She also has provided me with very tangible nutrition recommendations that have worked well to improve my energy level and overall health. Therefore, I am not keen to praise doctors. However, PAMF has a wonderful, smart, caring family doctor that I am compelled to recommend. Her name is Doctor Maggie Williams. Dr Williams is smart, dedicated, experienced, and caring. I have had some major medical issues which Dr. Williams expertly diagnosed and has been helping me resolve. My daughter has a medical issue that her pediatrician and gynecologist misdiagnosed but Dr Williams was quick to diagnose correctly. Dr Williams is conservative and logical in her approach to treatment. She listens and asks intelligent questions. She will order tests when appropriate and will refer patients to specialists both in and outside of PAMF. She will take the time to answer your questions and concerns. She really cares. Wound up in the ER from stroke like symptoms a couple years ago and was laughed out bc I'm only 30yo. I've seen a handful of naturopaths, and although they are much more diligent than typical Drs, I was still struggling. As last resort I went to a local acupuncturist who began to change my life.
