Now we are wondering when the obituary is going to be published in the newspaper and receive the jewelry we ordered. It has been a month now and of course we can't get a phone call or an email back. From the viewing to the memorial service to the inurnment at the burial plot, everything was so thoughtfully put together. Danielle Binter was so attentive to our needs at all times. Cherise Jolley helped my sister and me with the final finances and the headstone. Both were so very caring and sensitive to our needs. We so appreciate it that because we told them that Dad was a veteran, they automatically arranged for an Honor Guard to be there to present my Mom with a flag and the six gun salute with taps. It was a very dignified service. It seems that whatever we wanted, Danielle and Charise were ready to jump at it and indeed probably already had the resources to accommodate us. I feel that there isn't a need that this staff couldn't fulfill, they are that good. If they don't have it, they will get it or arrange it. If you want to honor your loved one with dignity and be able to do it with the least amount of stress during a very stressful time, I highly recommend you talk to these professionals. My father passed away a few weeks ago (he was 93 years old) and had preplanned his arrangements a few years back. He was a wonderful man and wanted to insure his wishes were carried out. I just wanted to thank Howe for the great care they took with his arrangements. They were absolutely wonderful and answered all of our questions and took the utmost care in all their work. We were told to call mortuary by friend. When we called we were told we needed to sign papers to release remains to friend. Questions were asked as to parents names. No question as to whether we wanted any ashes or not. Several days went by before paperwork arrived via email. After his cremation we asked for 3 death certificates to be sent to us priority mail as we were leaving for Colorado the next week. We were willing to pay for it. When we called to check we were told they were mailed on Fri. As we watched for their arrival we were worried they were lost. When we asked for the tracking number Receptionist said it wasn't readily available. When they finally arrived I found they were sent regular mail which can take 1 week or more. I am very dissatisfied with their service . On top of it the death certificate is inaccurate.
