Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care had made a deep and lasting impression. This third time around did not disappoint. Our funeral director, Austin, treated every aspect of our precious son's funeral prep with such sensitivity, dignity and respect. When you're the grieving parent with a heart broken into a million pieces these acts of thoughtfulness are immense and bring so much comfort. I truly hope we will never need these services again, but in the reality that we do, we would confidently trust Mark's Funeral & Cremation Services to care for our family again and choose them without hesitation.

We used to recommend Marks to every one we knew, now we would say it's a hard pass. It's unfortunate, it used to be a great local business.

With that in mind, we just had to pick and choose what to do with his reserved funds. At which time my husband made mention that he wanted to make sure everyone at the church that volunteers their time would be compensated because they're often overlooked. We were assured that EVERYONE would be taken care of. For the most part everything went smoothly and then I was informed some weeks later that the people who provided the luncheon weren't compensated. When I called to discuss it with them, I was told to expect a call back which was never received. I finally reached the person a week or 2 later and was told we didn't specify that they needed compensation. I advise that it was specifically mentioned in our meeting but he seemed to not believe me because he kept repeating that if i had told them to they would have paid. In the end i just basically got a "oh well, sorry" and I had to fork out another $200 so they could get paid. Also, I wasn't real happy in the flowers we bought from them. For $500 I expected a lot more
