The big name company with fancy commercials on TV And took monthly service amounts to "make it easier" for me. 2 years ago they said that I needed to replace my ENTIRE air conditioning unit that they had been servicing for almost 10 years. The unit was only 11 years old at that point. They tried to sell me a new one for $9k !!!! I decided to get a second opinion and had 3 different companies come to check the unit. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG. They said someone had loosen up a valve and all the antifreeze was gone. Needless to say I was almost the victim of fraudulent business practices. I dropped my contract and have been with KNOW ever since - you WILL NOT find a better HVAC company with amazing customer service and integrity. Ask for Scott! After literally hours on the phone with customer service, a service call that was set up incorrectly and had to be cancelled, and a trip to a corporate store where I was told they couldn't help, I have switched to T Mobile. During the process I was told that my area doesn't now qualify for Home 5G service. That tells me they have oversold, and this is most likely the reason for my issues to begin with. After being a loyal customer for 22 years I find it sad they have gone downhill so drastically. Two Verizon sales people even suggested I switch carriers. NOTE: this review is not for this specific store, but for Verizon service in general. Ali at the Tuttle Crossing location was actually most helpful. It is such a rip off. They also charge a flat rate for sewer which is about $40/month no matter if you have one or 10 people living in your mobile home. They stopped providing free internet, charge you for trash and then a fee to administer the trash charge and a fee to administer the water charge. The water is constantly shut off for maintenance so you can't even predict when you can take a shower.

She flew in from AZ the day before and had kept in touch through out September and October. On moving day we were told the trailer wasn't ready and had a sewage leak. We had two trucks packed with furniture sitting at the mngrs office. The assnt mngr named Julia is who was handling things from the beginning. I had gone out in September to look at the trailer and take pictures. Julia said that the outside would be power washed and broken wood replaced. After waiting two hrs in the lot we were told that a different trailer would be offered to my niece. The first trailer was 3 bedroom and 2 bath. The second trailer which was FILTHY was 2 bedroom 1 bath. The fridge was filled with moldy rotten food. Trash, broken glass,and nails were all over. My niece was so stressed and tired she said yes. We unloaded EVERYTHING. Mngmt came back to say "never mind" we can get you in the original trailer. We all said we weren't moving anything so mngmt moved her that night. But my niece had to help. She's been there a week. Sewage still not fixed. It was a temporary fix. Toilet is in the bath tub. No power wash or wood fixed. Floor in bathroom messed up from Plummer's. This place is the Pitts. Go under a bridge and live. You'll be treated better.
