The excuse was " its quarterly " .Well if that's so, how come I don't have one for July. They sure want the rent on time, but don't care about providing the services that they are supposed to on time. The big name company with fancy commercials on TV And took monthly service amounts to "make it easier" for me. 2 years ago they said that I needed to replace my ENTIRE air conditioning unit that they had been servicing for almost 10 years. The unit was only 11 years old at that point. They tried to sell me a new one for $9k !!!! I decided to get a second opinion and had 3 different companies come to check the unit. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG. They said someone had loosen up a valve and all the antifreeze was gone. Needless to say I was almost the victim of fraudulent business practices. I dropped my contract and have been with KNOW ever since - you WILL NOT find a better HVAC company with amazing customer service and integrity. Ask for Scott! I have referred 5 people since then and they all love the service.

Equipment broke called the customer service department they said you can stop in and get a new…read moremodem. I asked specifically if I needed to turn the old modem in to get the new one they said yes but it could be done at a later time. Long story short my wife stopped to get the new modem and they would not swap out without old modem. Piece of crap equipment, over priced service. I have been a spectrum internet and mobile customer for 7 years and will be switching my service. Also the lady in the store had a horrible attitude. Was told each time that the transfer prep had been completed and that all we needed to do is set up the equipment. Two weeks after moving in Spectrum abruptly disconnects our internet and erases all the data on our account, presumably this service cancellation was intended for our old address. We are switching to AT&T later this month.

After fighting Apple for months trying to use my AppleCare, I reached out to Verizon tech support who sent a replacement device. Unfortunately they sent the wrong phone out. I was told for the fastest process, take the 'replacement' to the nearest corporate store vs sending it back via UPS. We made an appointment via customer service for 6pm tonight. I arrived at the store just for there not to be an appointment found. Now, we didn't have to wait but a minute or two which was good. But the gentleman who helped us, said that the phone could not be returned in store that it needed to be sent back via UPS and that they "do not get shipments to and from the store." So there must be a sweatshop in the backroom with kids building $10 phones before they sell them for $1600. I would have loved the opportunity to discuss an early upgrade, but instead of finding a way to make a sale, we weren't helped. So off to Michael's to use their UPS drop box. 22+ years with Verizon, Apple products, AppleCare...none of it means a damn thing to these companies.
