I've never heard of a Come-and-Go memorial - what in the world is that? Come-and-go is for visitation. But, if that's what you like, to combine visitation and a memorial service, then I guess this is for you. But this is not my gripe. We ordered a video and she told us how many songs and pictures would be needed. She said the program they use somehow knows when to stop the video after completion of a song. Well, we didn't see the video ahead of time and when we played it at the memorial service it cut off right in the middle of a very meaningful song at the end of the video. We were so distressed! It was our favorite song & that's why we wanted it at the end. I consulted with them about this error and they said they could not re-do the video. They got to where they would not answer my text messages or calls anymore. Too bad I had already paid them. There's a reason they are the cheapest Funeral Home in town. The place reeks of mildew and you can tell they try to cover it up with some different kinds of scents. Totally not even worth the cheap price they charge!

In all they're great and caring people in a business that gets a bad reputation for asking to be paid for their services. The previous post ends with the suggestion to, "plan". I would also suggest that you prepare to pay for a funeral if that's what you want. The government, Veterans Administration, and the state of Texas do not pay for funerals. Just like buying a car or groceries, you have to guarantee payment. A promise in this day and age is not a guarantee. As for Mark being rude and disrespectful...see what kind of reception you receive from your local grocery store if you try and walk out without paying.
