I had wrote a bad review she said she could help if I gave a good review. She pushed high price hearing aids said she could order the insurance ones they would be ok until i could get the big priced ones. i was distraught. here i have insurance and i still cant afford to hear. i called insurance company they sent me to another place on Oct 28. there they understood i did not have money just the insurance they knew my hearing was bad but still found hearing aids for me that would work that i could adjust. They ordered them it would take 45 days. I went home called beltone told them cancel my order i wont need your service i found another place . KNOWING full well they had not sent the order in Beltone went and cancelled the other hearing aid business order and it wasn't a beltone business! But the insurance company orders from same place. They at no right to cancel another business in my opinion. I waited 45 days. They were due on Dec 22. That is when I found out the cancellation. In my opinion that is not business like. Just to give you an example of Dr Rosinko's awesomeness, the 1st week into my experience, I needed some tweaking to my device, which she had fully explained could happen. I sent her an email through my devices app explaining my concerns. Within a day she was able to upload new settings to my hearing aid to correct the issue, without even having to step foot in the office. I can't say enough, Dr. Rosinko and the rest of the staff are fantastic!

I always used hearing protection. The technology available in the hearing instruments I was fitted with is AMAZING. They stream content from my IPhone- including my phone calls! They are the best "headphones" I have ever used as the are optimized for the ranges of sound I cannot easily hear without assistance. I truly forget I am wearing them. When another office opened on Shadeland Avenue, I followed them to their new office. Please do note, as of this typing, both locations are still open. The company in itself is a good company which is why I have stayed with them. They appear to only hire the best. Whenever I call and the call is answered off site, it has always been answered by the same people. Aside from the time I was first seen many years ago, Matt Morris and Angie Morris have been there the entire time. Their products are top notch. They have a wide range of products and prices. If you want a basic, no-frills hearing aid--you've got it! If you want a top of the line hearing aid, they have it. If you want to accessorize your hearing aide, they can assist with that too! My hearing loss is pretty severe and I never cease to be amazed at the magic that they can work. Of course, nobody loves wearing hearing aids, however; by going to Matt and Angie, I guarantee that you will not mind it. They will work diligently to not only find the right product for you, but it will fit very well. I have been fitted with a hearing aid that other professionals are in absolute awe--with my hearing loss, a smaller aid is generally not conducive to me, however; with time and patience, I was able to be fit with an invisible hearing aid. When I go to an ENT or Audiologist, they often forget that I wear the devices because I was able to be fit so well. Their office is absolutely not a pressure driven, high sales tactic environment. Nowhere that I have gone is more accommodating than Matt and Angie at Indiana Hearing Aid Company. They are honest and take their patient's best interest to heart. You are not nickel and dimed here. There are some companies that you go to that will tell you that your hearing aid needs a $500 repair whereas, it truly only needs a good cleaning or a piece of wax removed. I trust this company and Matt and Angie 100%. Their hearing tests are comprehensive so that they can see what is best for you. When they see where your hearing lies, they give you a choice of all of the products and will be honest in their recommendations. They are not about simply dollars and cents, they are about helping you hear better. Their turnaround times are phenomenal. If something gets sent in on a Monday, it is not unheard of for it to be back in my hands the same week. Their office flexibility and shipping times are second to none. I have recommended family members to Matt and Angie at Indiana Hearing Aid Company. Since they have gone other places, they are able to compare, however; there really was no comparison. My mother (whom I referred) was shocked at the level of detailed service and expertise that she receives compared to the company where she previously was fitted. They did so much more in terms of fitting and testing that my mother did not know that existed. If I could rate this company higher, I would. I strongly recommend not only Indiana Hearing Aid Company, but also Matt and Angie. If you are on the market for hearing aids, do consider stopping by--at least for a complimentary hearing test and a meet and greet--you will not be disappointed.
