To date not one voicemail returned- except by the patient advocate. It was 3 days before informed call came. No one offers visitation hours, what the schedule looks like for a patient. You are at their mercy, and their mercy is rude. Finally in the last 1.5 days I have been able to get information. This took contacting the state ombudsman.

There are other experts available for all ages at this location, including a psychiatrist and psychologist, with several methods and focus matters that include, but are not limited to ADD/ADHD, OCD, family issues, substance abuse, self harm, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. Each therapist keeps their own schedule and hours. Many at this practice accept credit cards and file insurance. The office environment is relaxing and nurturing. If you can get a referral to Meridian Youth for pediatric psychiatry, take it. We use a retired psychiatrist who only works several days a week due to the overwhelming need for his services, and he is very experienced and supportive. Never any issue in terms of billing or botched appointments, and they always give a reminder 48 hours ahead.

He is conservative with med doses, which I appreciate. I only chose this location because of insurance and also because doctors are accepting patients here. Everything has worked out well so far. We never have had to wait for our appointment time. Before you can see a doctor, you have to meet with Mimi first. There's an initial intake that doesn't count (so you don't necessarily have to bring your child) and then she meets with your child, and then after that you are able to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist. There is parking on site, and it's easy to get to this place.
