On 6/1/25 I went to Greenlight disp on rte 3n Gambrills and was talking to a gentleman re thc vape chargers, when "Lexi" leaned over and said you are asking silly questions" Was quite surprised that I was treated so rudely, I put my product back on the counter and asked her why she was treating me rudely and asked her name. She refused 3x and kept saying "have a nice day" over and over I wonder if she was under the influence? Purchased the wrong product, returned to store next say product never opened with receipt and was turned away. They wouldn't even swap it even though the seal was intact. I frequent Crofton dispensaries often and this one is my least favorite.. I often miss the entrance and it's not easy to make a u-turn. They are missing signs to let you know that you are approaching.. They do have some pretty beatable prices, but trying to find those prices on their site isn't easy... The website is difficult to navigate The loyalty program is OK, you earn dollars, I prefer percentage as you end up saving more when you buy more. I made a couple of medium purchases and easily racked up $20 discount. The last thing is, for some reason they don't tell you the points you accumulated after purchase or if you just achieved a discount. I have to ask everytime.. most places will tell you right after your purchase. I asked one girl about my points she told me I had a coupon, and I asked her why she didn't tell me I earned a discount. And she got a lil weird and defensive about it... All in all decent place for discounts and they have really good hours read more

Bought a cart here just to find out the person who sold it to me sold me a broken cart. Asked for an exchange and they refused it. I just wanted another WORKING cart and they told us the rule was state wide policy no exchange. THEN called GoldLeaf and explained the situation and they said in this particular scenario that they do exchanges for defective products only. Will not be coming back and will continue my loyalty with GoldLeaf. Not to mention because of my gender that the men upfront treated me like I was an idiot. We were coming every day, but when ascend started having lower prices, then green light, we decided to switch. Which was miracle in its self cause took ascend little to get footing and used to what customers were accustomed to with previous place. green light always was better but recently their prices suck and they didn't announce the times they would be open today nor when confirmation text came.We were told yesterday they'd be open regular hours when we picked up our order. Well right before I was getting ready to leave work. I got a phone call because when I ordered from greenlight and got the order confirmed it said nothing about them closing early.. but got the phone call 30 minutes before they close I work 40 minutes away. I called them to say I'd be 2 to 3 minutes late. God forbid they stay open for a regular customers so if this is how places are gonna treat people who are regulars and help keep their doors open then ok. Your prices used to be good but ascend is beating your prices hands down. No need for greed in this buiss people are always gonna smoke!!! But we have a choice on where we want our money to go. Should have told people you were closing early cause most of us worked a full day since it's not a holiday! read more

By far the best crofton/Annapolis dispensary. I've been going to greenlight for about a year now along with some of the other local dispos and this one is always ahead in prices AND customer service not to mention the fantastic rewards system. I wrote an one star review in July 2020. Did try them again still the worse location and only went around the block once vs the hour I spent the last time. Again could not go in they really need to fix that so that at least 2-3 people could go inside as they are losing a ton of business and money. Would not bring husband as he would want to have a conversation about some product and since we are locked out. Ended up as Mana would not answer any of my 3 email question if they had a product. Greenlight had the product on their web site, so decided to go to one stop vs several. Cheaper on an item and gave a nice discount so will keep using them. read more
