I'm an out-of-state medical card carrier and this was very professional and quick. I went on a Monday at about 2pm. I was checked in and waited on line for about 10 minutes before being served, which is faster than my normal dispensary. I was served by a female bud tender and she was very knowledgeable. Though I looked at their online menu, I told her my symptoms and asked for advice. She recommended 3 products and endorsed a fourth that I'd chosen already. The prices were great, the store was clean and HUGE, and has a great selection of different types of flower, edibles, tinctures, and pre-rolls. The selection and quality is good but the prices are too high for my budget.

Even without discounts their price on some of the flower is consistently lower by $5. May not seem like a lot but it's better than having to chase sales. Their Covid pickup system works really well. You park in a spot marked with a clothespin and sign and they come and take your money and card and come back with your yummy medicine. This raises significant privacy concerns, especially considering that liquor stores don't require such personal information. Why should we be subjected to this? I had a disturbing incident at Remedy Columbia, where I go on a consistent basis. The woman who assisted me told me some variations of vapes, etc and I purchased two. She then asked me for a tip and I asked why? She told be for good customer service. (?!) I said to her, "it's your job to give good customer service, and that, in my opinion is not a reason give a tip." She then went on to explain that she was 30 yo old, in my mind indicating that I was responsible for her lack of education/degree/professional job pay good money and needed to compensate her for that reason. I am disturbed by young people today who expect compensation for simply doing their job and doing it well. OUTRAGEOUS, as I was leaving, I said to the woman, I hope when I return you do not hold this against me, when servicing me." She rolled her eyes, and tilted her head and said nothing. I will return and will certainly look to see if not giving a tip for simply doing one's job is held against me. read more

Remedy was the first dispensary I ever visited. Immediately I was struck by the cleanliness and sharp style of the lobby. It's very comfortable and a nice place to wait until you get called back. They offer free tea and coffee or water. They have menus that are updated daily that you can browse while you wait. When you get called back to the dispensary portion of Remedy you're directed to who will be helping you. Everyone is always been very friendly. Last time I was there Maggie was the one who helped me, and she was very friendly and helpful just like everybody else. I've never felt uncomfortable asking a question there. I sign up for their daily notifications, I get texts every morning, they always have great sales. They have good merchandise, pop-up events, they have Smoking supplies and pretty much anything else you could think of that you would need, from beginners to professionals. Since dispenser is a started popping up I still find myself going to Remedy just because of the atmosphere, professionalism of the staff, and the selection of medicine available. They carry quite more than most places. If you are in need of medical marijuana, try this place out, the walk you through everything and they have a good reward system too! read more

These guys blow! There are fortunately several dispensaries in and around Columbia. I ordered online, and showed up, texted them I was there. Guy came out, got my Drivers License and $. Didn't see or hear from him for 15 minutes--THEN--he comes out and serves other cars. 5 minutes later, ANOTHER guy come s up and says I owe them $20 more. I said, no website had products at 3 for $100, I bought 6. He looks at the order, and says 'you're right". Goes in --ANOTHER 10 minutes(30 minutes by now) . Finally comes out and says-I had to get a manager to OK it. No Sorry. No little freebie thrown in. Too many competitors to waste my $ there. Came to do a curbside pickup and the employee yelled at me for not wearing a mask while im in my car outside. I did not bring one thinking it wouldn't be needed for curbside. The guy was so rude and unpleasant to deal with just completely went off on me as soon as i pulled up. Terrible customer service from this one employee. Ive been to many dispensaries all of which have some sort if curbside ordering and I have never been berated to put a mask on while I'm in my car. Constantly takes forever for you to receive a curbside order. You can park, sit there for 10 minutes, and someone who had just pulled in gets their products before you. When they bring your order, check your bag. They have gotten my order wrong so many times I can't even count. The workers are friendly, but whoever is packaging the products clearly is incompetent. Worst place around. Ive been my mothers caregiver for 5 months now. I was adviced by MMCC that I could use my MMCC patient card along with a index card with all my caregiver information on it to make purchases for my mom. I have been going to many different dispensarys these last 5 months and never had a problem getting her medication until today when i go try to pick up my moms order and they made a big issue about me not having a caregiver card. I am beside myself and cant believe they acted the way they did today. I wont spend another penny there. Stay away if your a caregiver. They will give you a hard time. read more
