I had it listed with one place for a year with no offers. Joe reached out to me after I took it off the market. In 6 months, we had 1 offer (that ultimately fell through) and a second offer. Joe was great at communication and gave the right amount of advice to help me decide on offers/counter offers. The staff he works with are responsive. The closing was just hard. The land contract owner is absolutely rediculous and caused so much chaos. Joe, actually handled him and I didn't have to worry about it.
