I had it listed with one place for a year with no offers. Joe reached out to me after I took it off the market. In 6 months, we had 1 offer (that ultimately fell through) and a second offer. Joe was great at communication and gave the right amount of advice to help me decide on offers/counter offers. The staff he works with are responsive. The closing was just hard. The land contract owner is absolutely rediculous and caused so much chaos. Joe, actually handled him and I didn't have to worry about it. I have another project for another property and they have give a very competitive quote. Because of their quality of work and the time of the year there is a lot demand for their services. The only complaint here is now I have another project for asphalting a driveway on another property and because of their busy schedule they are unable to give a time estimate for them to come out, even if the timeframe is somewhere two months out or more, it doesn't matter to me. After having a conversation with Dan, who is very nice, he explained the dynamics of the business and what factors contribute to not being able to define a time. I still hope to do business with them because of their high reputation even if it means a later time down the road.
