I have never dealt with such an interactive and professional builder before. They go above and beyond to ensure the project is completed on-time and to spec. I first worked with Angel in sales to complete the order. Later I worked with Judith and Noé in scheduling to make sure my site was prepared and ready. The actual work crew was lead by Alex who did a wonderful job of construction and also cleanup. These guys built a 24x40x10 in ten hours! Amazing work! I nearly sent a $$$$ down payment to a "fly by night" competitor that was offering the same building for 30% less. I did a simple "google" search and discovered that other vender was rated "F" with the Better Business Bureau. Perform your due diligence and research a good company like Midwest Steel Carports, Inc. (who are rated "A" with the BBB...) It was totally worth the additional $$$ to have a legitimate firm like Midwest perform the project. These guys don't mess around! First off let me give a huge shout out to Alex Yanez... He stuck with me as we worked together through email designing the perfect build for us! 2ndly, the office staff from the Michigan office was amazing with staying in touch and keeping us updated with what process is next, when to expect the building, what needs to be done before they can bring the building, and also with following up! 3rdly, the Fort Atkinson, WI install team was amazing! We ordered a 24x30 fully enclosed building.. The team arrived by 6:30 AM and the building was done by 2:30 pm (8 hrs complete!) with the exception of our 16' overhead door and opener as those were on backorder and wouldnt be in until the following week but that also went fine once it arrived! All in all I cant say enough about these guys and their strive to keep their customers happy! We are extremely happy and get MANY compliments on the building and have told lots of inquiring minds to contact Midwest Steel Carports for their storage/garage needs! Thank you M.S.C. We LOVE our building Midwest Steel Carports put up for us. I had a swim spa delivered on a slab of cement. They put the building up the very next day. It has 10 windows and 2 doors. It's brown and white like our house. I added shutters to the front windows a arch over the front door with a hanging metal design. It looks sooo cute. It's also insulated and what a great job they did on everything! I've had a couple other buildings from other companies, but this is by far the best so far for workmanship while also being fast. The prices were better. Loved the crew. They worked very hard and you could see they knew just what had to be done. Before leaving they picked up any mess and had us inspect the building. I spent too much time researching both steel and wood construction buildings before I made my selection. I wanted durability, appearance, cost effective, and all to my size & specifications. Midwest had it all, including delivery and assembly hundreds of miles from their location. I did not see interior support construction anywhere that was superior to Midwest. Exterior material warranty is 40 years, beat that! The 3 man construction crew performed like a fine watch, and had the assembly completed in record time.
