I never leave reviews, but sometimes people perform so well that I have to stop my busy schedule to pay respect to an amazing service! Derick Green answered my call within 3 minutes of calling and was texting me at all hours that I needed help and communication. His choices of hotel, ability to move seats and change plane flight to totally different countries of origin was like a magician. Everything was truly over the top, and I hit him up last minute! He secured special tours of places nobody gets to see, made dinner party location choices that were perfect and topped it off with securing front row seats to the biggest soccer game win town. Everything was great until we boarded the flight to and from Hawaii. Flight attendants were fantastic. It's the plane! Seats damn near glued together, no leg or elbow room. The integrity of the seats were totally gone. It was very warm in the cabins to the point that people were coughing and sniffling. Babies were crying almost the entire flight to Hawaii (12-23) I'm sure this type of punishment is to encourage patrons to pay more to upgrade. read more

We were so impressed! When it came time for them to use their gift certificates, he kept telling them that he was closed for business. Well what can I say. Greens travel is hands down the best. Derek is your right hand man in any sort of travel trip you could ever possibly imagine on taking. My very first trip I took with his help was a trip that him and my friend planned for her 22nd birthday. Derek planned out for us a 9 or so day train trip across the United States from San Francisco to New York with a flight back home to San Diego. We stayed in various cities along the way. All in extremely nice hotels. The nightly rate for the hotel we stayed in Chicago for the two nights we were there was about 80% of what we paid for two flight 5 hotels, his fee, and train tickets. No possible way that trip would have been possible without his help. The second trip in which Derek helped me out in was sadly not a trip for me but for my sister and my cousin. It was a graduation gift for the two of them as they were both graduating at the same time. Any who, he was able to book us a I believe 5 day trip to New York for the two of them at an insanely cheap rate. Again no way it could have been possible for me alone to find anything remotely close to what he was able to get for us. The third and most recent trip was a last minute weekend trip to LA for my girlfriend and I. I was scrambled and I couldn't make my mind up as to what I wanted nor for how long. Derek was extremely helpful but above all friendly and patient with me. He was able to book me a last minute hotel in the heart Hollywood while saving me hundreds of dollars. When he first mentioned the price I honestly didn't believe him, but he threw out the "Green Guarantee", he delivered. Derick whom is the Owner of Green's Travel I believe got me the Aria Resort & Spa for about $240...2 nights even including those crazy resort fees. It was my first time hiring him so I did some research to double check his figures, I couldn't find Aria for less than $450 for the same nights anywhere, his "Green Guarantee" is legit. (I've booked with him 3x more now, Miami FL, Denver CO, San Diego CA...saving me hundreds) Once booked he sent over a simple to read itinerary within minutes. He even texted me the weather forecast for Vegas and offered recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I will start this off by saying that I don't use travel agents ever. I usually use a third party site like Expedia or deal directly with the hotel that I want to stay at. I had a trip planned for San Francisco so I decided to give Green's Travel a try just to see how the rates were. I have to say that I'm really glad I did. The process was extremely simple. I gave Derrick an approximate price that I wanted to spend and the area that wanted to be near and he did the rest. He got back to very quickly with some choices and they were all great. He also gave me his opinion on which one he thought was the best. He was also very knowledgable about the area and told me about any additional cost (i.e. parking and tolls) Payment was quick and easy and was cheaper than anything that I could find on any third party site. The room was amazing. It had all the amenities I was expecting and even some I wasn't. The location of the hotel was great also. Easy access to get anywhere I needed to go and quick access to restaurants also. The room was easily double the price I paid. So in conclusion I will definitely say give Green's Travel a try.
