I moved my stuff out as soon as i got the notice. I could see if i was there a year and all the units went up in price, but this wasn't the case. They pick and choose the people they think they can scam with a rate hike. Doesn't make sense to me that online the same unit i had rented is still the price i originally rented it for. I had my stuff there for a long time and when i called to tell him i was moving my stuff out he became very rude, as if i should store my stuff there for life or not at all. I have never experienced that at another storage place. I only went to this one because it was closer to where i lived, but would rather drive 500 miles away then to rent from that big jerk ever again. I give it a negative 10 stars
