Even the arch was too large at the lowest point of the tent and would have damaged my flowers. When I got to the venue, they forgot parts of the arch and no one was around. I phoned the company and informed them the tent was too small and erected too close to the fence, they did absolutely nothing about it and I was told that it was the renters responsibility to determine the size of the tent. One would expect that they would be subject matter experts on which size tent to recommend and I would have happily paid for the correct size tent. This is totally unacceptable and cause me a significant amount of anxiety on my wedding they. I have written a formal complaint and phoned them and their response has been passive aggressive. I basically paid for a tent I couldn't use and my guests had to sit in the hot sun. One of my guests has health concerns and was really struggling with the heat. They do not communicate with you at all on the day of the event and just take off not checking in if you are okay with the set up. There is NO way I would have been able to fit everything under the tent. I am still waiting for their response. Please do not use this company because they don't take any accountability and just take your money! They will threaten you if you post a negative review and google you and go after your business, which they did to me.

We found it to be such a 'cool', cute, and colourful small florist shop -- so neat and attractively set up, both inside and outside. Our most-friendly, and cordial 'host' told me, that at this time, they had only been open for a month. I really liked several of the small tropical plant offerings, and how they had been arranged. But for now, just could not find 'the' one succulent that keeps demanding my attention. :-) But daughter did good -- and purchased a large, cocktail (martini) glass, and small 'air plant' to go with it -- as a "small & cool" upcoming birthday gift for a friend. Our stop at 'Elderberry' was fun, and the visit will be fondly-remembered for our next time in Port Moody.

I have requested the bucket to be delivered to the restaurant which I have booked for a birthday dinner. The bucket was delivered around 4 pm and I arrived at 7 pm. When the manager delivered the flower bucket to us, my wife is literally crying as all the flowers are dead which is a very suspicious way. I email be bloom flower shop right away and they reply within an hour which obviously they should be off work already. They sent me a very sincere apology email although they were pretty sure they have sent the flower bucket out in a gorgeous and perfect form. They promise they will remake it and deliver it in person the next day. I'm so impressed and thankful they will do that. And the next day, we did receive a gorgeous and perfect flower bucket. I can felt this floral shop really care about their clients. And the flower designs are great and trendy. This was shockingly way above and beyond what I expected, thoughtful, professional, friendly and fun and considering the manager called a meeting so everyone would be there to enjoy the spectacle, I HIGHLY recommend hiring Out of the Rain and embarrassing your family or friends at work (with company permission of course) giving them a great, special surprise they won't forget.
