Even the arch was too large at the lowest point of the tent and would have damaged my flowers. When I got to the venue, they forgot parts of the arch and no one was around. I phoned the company and informed them the tent was too small and erected too close to the fence, they did absolutely nothing about it and I was told that it was the renters responsibility to determine the size of the tent. One would expect that they would be subject matter experts on which size tent to recommend and I would have happily paid for the correct size tent. This is totally unacceptable and cause me a significant amount of anxiety on my wedding they. I have written a formal complaint and phoned them and their response has been passive aggressive. I basically paid for a tent I couldn't use and my guests had to sit in the hot sun. One of my guests has health concerns and was really struggling with the heat. They do not communicate with you at all on the day of the event and just take off not checking in if you are okay with the set up. There is NO way I would have been able to fit everything under the tent. I am still waiting for their response. Please do not use this company because they don't take any accountability and just take your money! They will threaten you if you post a negative review and google you and go after your business, which they did to me.

They have everything from tables, bar furniture, ice caddies and more. I've rented from them a few weeks in advance and a few days before a party, and they've always been able to supply equipment. Besides having an extensive catalogue, their staff are so helpful and kind. Between the customer service managers and the delivery team, everyone I've come into contact with has been a pleasure to work with. Why rent from another place when Pedersen's has it all?!

The machine wasn't too expensive, clean when we picked it up & gave us clear instructions on the use. It is heavy so bring someone to help you to pick it up or remove it from your car. It tastes a lot better with wine also mixed in with the mix. I did one without and one with...or could have been that the one that had more alcohol actually tasted better! The party was great, everyone loved the Bellini's and Turkey's made it easy by giving us clear instructions. We will use Turkey's again when we have our next party.

They set up quickly and had a box of props for people to use in the photos and all of the prints turned out fantastic, clear, and non-blurry. We set up the contract and details via email since I live in the states and it all went down perfectly. Literally the day after the wedding I was emailed the link to our online gallery and a password for our guests to view the album as well. I was also given the option to download the photos instead of receive a CD of the prints which is awesome.
