I had asked for someone to contact me with the specifics of what headunit they were going to install and nobody ever got back to me. I called the day the install was scheduled for and had asked again what head unit they were going to be installing on my vehicle. Come to find out nobody ever ordered the unit and they couldn't get one for another few days. Went to a different shop and they figured out the issue wasn't even the unit at all it was a speaker short. Just really frustrating when I can't get updates on something I was going to spend a good chunk of money on that would not have even resolved my issue. Edit after reply: you guys are just lying now. I did want the new unit that is true but you had told me my issue was with my current unit. You never looked at my car for shorts in wiring. Yes the back of my stereo was messed up but that's why I came to you guys to fix a issue, you just kept guessing on what the issue was instead of fixing it. Also I called you guys after my first appointment to figure out what stereo was going in my vehicle you said you would give me a call back and I never received one. I called the day of my appointment 4/12/2023 and asked again what unit you were going to install you said you would call me back. Someone did call me back it was your tech Riley. He had told me it was never ordered and it would be a few days till you would get one. If I could leave less stars I would because it's one thing to have bad service it's another to then reply to a review and blatantly lie to try to save your own ass.

My security cameras picked up someone trying to get into the garage (later found out it was the delivery guy. Not sure why he would want to do that). I called and they delivered them. I was not impressed. That evening my son came by to take us for dinner and took one look and was really crestfallen. It seems he had paid quite a bit for them and they were not at all like the photos. No color at all and very sparsely spread over the oasis foam. Within two days they were wilted and browning.
