I am from Appleton and my wife was working in Sheboygan. I thought I would send her some flowers and not knowing who to trust. I started by calling Hoffman florist and spoke to Taylor. We purchased flowers for my Mother's funeral from Hoffmann's. We ordered arrangements with LAVENDER roses that we saw in the refrigerator when we placed our order in person in their store. They were gorgeous - the perfect shade to match the rest of the color palate we were using for the service. When we arrived at the funeral home we were VERY disappointed as the roses clearly were NOT lavender. They were pink (and my Mother hated pink!) I asked several of the guests what color they thought the roses were, and they all agreed they were pink. When I spoke with the manager the next day, I was told the roses they used were their "standard" for Lavender or Purple roses. I shared that they definitely were NOT the lavender roses we saw and chose in their cooler when we placed the order. I shared that I was disappointed and asked if there was something he could do to make it right (like a discount of some sort?). He said there was nothing he could do as they provided the product we ordered. I did give them two stars, as the arrangements WERE beautiful and they did a fantastic arrangement in a Tanqueray Gin bottle that we loved. But we were heartbroken with the pink roses. read more

The flowers were fresh and the recipient was complimentary of how beautiful the arrangement was and how wonderful they smelled. i live out of state and called Hoffman Flowers directly. spoke with a kind, helpful gal explaining I live I. Washington and would like to send some flowers today, if possible, as a giant snowstorm is looming and I was afraid tomorrow would not be a good delivery day for all involved. I told her I was not picky about which flowers and just something nice in the $50 range. whatever flowers you have in hand. after conferring with someone she came back on line to say, yes, we can deliver today. made me very happy. Well, Hoffman Flowers you blew me out of the water. You delivered a stunning bouquet to me dad with hours! To be clear, the fresh flowers were beautiful! My complaint is what I posted on my Facebook page. Delivery date was August 15, 2019, expiration date was May 1, 2019. I'll be notifying the Better Business Bureau and my local Chamber of Commerce about this FTD ripoff as well. Notice the delivery date and the expiration date on the box of candy. I did not look at the wrapper prior to opening the box but I immediately saw that the candy was not fresh. It was dull, no sheen on the chocolate. My first piece lacked flavor and had poor texture. There are reasons for expirations dates! I admit, I'm a self-trained chocolate snob, some people would never realize they were short changed. But online purchase ripoffs need to be called out and refunds should be given to the unknowing sender. FYI: fresh flowers $70.00, balloon $5.00, candy $10.00, delivery $11.00. Plus tax. read more

We ordered flowers for our daughter and they delivered them after hours (the only time our daughter was home). The arrangement was beautiful and our daughter loved them. I would definitely recommend them. read more

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Its Mothers Day tomorrow, I ordered flowers for delivery on Monday with a delivery scheduled for Saturday (the day before Mothers Day) and they never delivered them. They got the Money on Monday and nothing....Mom went with no flowers on the day of. I live out out of state....This is a bad Mothers Day. Hoffmans used to have the best quality.... I have been gone from Wisconsin for over 30 years but I have a lot of family there yet. I always called Hoffmans directly to take care of any floral needs, birthdays, mothers day, funerals, etcetera because I knew I didn't need to see their flowers to know they would be beautiful. NO MORE. Three times in a row the flowers were unacceptable. One arrangement cut so short the stems didn't reach the water, one so wilted they lasted one day, then the next should have been mixed plants and cut flowers and there were no plants at all. I have switched to Caans and wish Hoffmans would take me off their mailing list... Shame on them for dishonoring the Hoffman name with shoddy service. Best I can say... they are on time with delivery. read more

The arrangements are beautiful. I have used Hoffman's for every occasion from Birthdays to Funerals to Holidays and each time the flowers have been exactly what I wanted. The delivery persons were also very pleasant. Will continue to use their services. read more
