I didn't believe that I should pay her another $300 for contacting her to correct the mistakes that she had made, so I asked her to wave the fee or charge me less. As for putting her on small claims court, I did not loose the case. Vivian couldn't make it to the first court hearing and postpone the hearing. Small claims court asked if I wanted to dismiss the hearing after months of waiting for her to be available. I agreed to dismiss the case because I wanted to put everything behind me and start a brand new life not needing have to deal with this drama. I don't know where Vivian got the information that "I got what I wanted" after my court hearing because I did not. Child support was calculated based on both partners salary. The declaration she created was not useful in court because the judge only took a glance at the first page and did not base the child support due to what she had wrote. The judge even said this declaration is for a child custody case not necessary for a child support case.
