The installers, Adam and RJ, arrived at my home on time, were courteous, respectful of some specific requests I had, and were done with the job in about an hour, which was much faster than I expected. Since the insulation was installed, there's been a noticeable difference--especially with how much cooler it stays during the summer, which was my biggest concern. Our home has about 20% insulation. Our attic is hotter than outside temperatures now. That heat radiates into the house, no insulation between ceiling and attic. The mess inside the attic is unreal, we can't even have the closed cell taken out because it's like cement. I'm devastated at the mess they left us with. Our house was never a good candidate for closed cell because the sprayers can't reach the eaves. I don't understand why this company did this to us and why they wouldn't fix it. They have a bad reputation with other companies as well. When we get quotes for someone to fix this, they come out of the attic laughing at us.
