He was thorough in his assessments and helped explain what good and bad condition look like, the function, and how they would function differently if I made the suggested repairs. He was very honest about what is a necessary repair (what could wait), what I could Youtube-DIY, and what really needs a professional. For each noted item, he wanted us to understand the problem, how it occurred, remediation, and how to avoid reoccurrence. Danny did a home inspection for my client and was not able to inspect the water heater and furnace because the gas was off in the home.
