My family and I were customers of Greenview for several years and really enjoyed the overall service and attentiveness from Dr Yang and her husband. Dr. Yang uses the latest equipment and kept a very clean environment. The location was convenient and she is very thorough with her examination and cleaning! The reduction is because one of my first fillings with Dr Yang actually fell out! Because it was a dental emergency, Dr Yang was able to help me and fill the gap in my tooth. However because my dental insurance changed & the warranty on the filling had expired, i had to pay an out of insurance rate. An incredibly gentle (but thorough) hand. That is what sets Yvonne Yang apart. As I wrote in my first review, I always thought I had sensitive teeth - but with Yvonne I don't feel a thing! It is almost like sedation dentistry - without the sedation! The second thing is that Yvonne is pragmatic and smart. She does not recommend unnecessary procedures or send you on a wild goose chase - just to make money. She will give you an honest and straightforward assessment of your teeth and treatment options. The last - but not the least - Fred is an amazing manager. From scheduling appointments to dealing with insurance, follow up, referrals etc., Fred is superb in interfacing with patients. Dr. Yang has been my dentist for years, but this was the first appointment with both my 15-month old daughter and I. It went SO well!! I'll admit I was skeptical when they made the appointment for both of us at the same time. But due to the COVID-19 restrictions, it made the most sense. Dr. Yang checked my baby's teeth first - all looked good - and then I put her back in her stroller. While the dental assistance cleaned my teeth, Dr. Yang pushed my daughter around the office! Dr. Yang is the BEST dentist I've ever had. She is professional, client-centered and I never feel like I'm getting up sold on things I don't need. She is appropriately conservative when it comes to interventions but also knows when to take immediate action. The office is comfortable and very clean. If that's not great enough, her staff are so sweet, I would actually hang out with them! Fred is warm, inviting and just about the easiest to work with for all of your scheduling and insurance needs. I have to say... Dr. Yang and staff are the BEST I have ever gone to. I wish I could have found her sooner. Although, I was a loyal patient to a Dentist in the past, I was fairly dissatisfied over the last 10 years. I would notice that my filling would fall out after 3 months of getting my cavity done and they would continue to fill it but it seemed to never really correct my problems. Once I found Dr. Yang, I was beyond satisfied. Her approach, her expertise, and he results from cavity filling to teeth cleaning are truly superb. I never have to go back for the same issue and I feel truly confident with her knowledge. Her staff is beyond friendly and the office is amazingly clean. After my long time dentist moved out of state I was scared to go find a new one. I tried 3 different dentists before I found Dr. Yvonne. I was first concerned because they don't have any extended hours or weekend hours and I wasn't sure if I was able to make it there during regular business hours but I was and it was worth it. She's thorough, she's detailed, she's patient and answers all questions I have. Most important she's efficient. When I tell her I have to be out of here at 4:55 to pick up my kids, she's done at 4:50 and makes sure to give me 5 extra minutes to ask questions or try out my teeth to make sure everything feels comfortable. I'm so happy I found her. Me and husband will be coming here for the foreseeable future :) Additional review COVID related: all proactive measure taken. They ask you to stay in your car until it's your turn to go in. Everyone has N95 mask and another cloth math on top at all time. All matching colors too :) they have face shields during procedures. Gloves at all times. Even the pen I was given to fill out my form was then moved to "used" pen holder and not the one I picked it from. They take temperature and ask you to fill out questionnaire related to any Covid exposure or symptoms. Definitely made me feel secure enough to book my next clean up appointment too. read more
