A few emails were exchanged - enough that I thought an appointment was made. Day of appointment comes and I realize that I was never sent a new invoice. I have 6 hours until my appointment - no big deal, right?? Well, no contact. . They wouldn't answer the phone. . Or return my messages. . Or bow, suddenly, my email either! The appointment was scheduled today because it needed to happen today - it wasn't last minute, it was planned. CannaBay put me in a huge bind today and I don't even understand why.
