Needed a desperate car wash and stopped in last week. There was only one attendant starting the wash and didn't even bother with the passenger side of my truck. When the wash was done, the towel guy did a half @$$ job wiping off the truck and still a ton of water on my truck. When I got home I still saw a ton of dirt on my runners on the passenger side. Won't be going back to this place in the future. read more

No rags yet again. Vacuums don't work half the time. It's 3 in the afternoon you should really have rags. Annual membership too

It's starting to get pretty annoying when you pull up to get a car wash and every single time you pull up there's somebody standing there with an infomercial trying to sell you their monthly membership. And on top of that, I said you know what these prices are ridiculous so sure I'll get the monthly membership. I pulled up where the people are drying your windows with the towel. Mind you I already left a tip when they scanned my license plate on the computer. When I'm pulling away, I see one of the towel dryers. Throw their towel on the floor and look mad because I didn't give them a tip. Dude I'm already paying a membership here and I already tipped when I got there. Not professional at all. read more

If I could choose a negative rating, I would!!! In May they sent me a coupon for a $5 car wash via text. When I redeemed it, they signed me up (WITHOUT my approval) for a monthly membership. They charged me $37.95 a month for FOUR months before I realized it. They refused to make it right. After a couple conversations with the manager, he had an employee, a KID call and tell me they'd refund one month, $37.95! I'll never go there again. If you choose to check your bank/credit card statements often!!! They're thieves!!! read more

Terrible wash. The running panels didn't even do much as get wet (see photo). Not like this is a huge vehicle, Cadillac CT5. Dryer didn't do much, whole car is spotty. Not worth $13 - I paid an extra $3.00 for tire shine that I did not get. If I had to describe in a word or two: Rip Off. read more

Everything seemed to be going fine until the brushes went around the back of my brand new 2025 Ford explorer. As it came around the back of the vehicle, he grass the back windshield wiper and tear it right off. Do not recommend this car wash to anyone went back around to tell the employee who then went in to retrieve the missing part of the windshield wiper and came back with three others that looked like they came off of explorers as well it was broken, was given a number to speak to a manager, who then told me basically to eat an egg there's nothing that they're gonna do to help replace or fix horrible customer service rude manager/supervisor zero stars out of five. I run and own my own business I would never have that type of customer service towards my customers. read more

I have had memberships at countless car washes, and i can say that this has been the poorest experience. i have been a member since locations have started to open in our area. I have stayed here because of the convenience of the locations, i pass the van dyke location on my way to work and the chesterfield location on my way home. countless times locations have been closed for no reason at all, my biggest complaint now is the laziness from the staff, while some are great others are not, i worked at car washes in my earlier days and feel like employees have gotten lazy. it's summer time and my cars covered in bugs consistently, i don't think it's too hard to ask employees to use bug prep every time, instead it seems like pulling into the wash is an inconvenience to the staff, and they are more worried about running back into the office to play on there phones. there is plenty of down time at a car wash, time that can be used showing pride, emptying trash bins, making sure the hoses are put away nicely, sweeping the lot. i still have some time before my membership renews so i'm hoping this review sticks with management and ownership so i don't need to change car washes. i'm open to changing my review if see some changes. hopefully this review is helpful to others because there are plenty of other washes in the area who would love to earn our business read more

Went through my a loose tie down in the bed of my truck. That was an issue. I had to remove it. They didn't seem to mind my snorkel kit. Which got ripped off from the drying pads.. The pads didn't dry very well. Would not recommend read more

$15 for a car wash, (the mid range one) no towel dry and the corners of my windows and my side mirrors are still really dirty. Nice enough workers, definitely not worth $15. Prefer to go somewhere I can get a quick towel dry - and most of those places are $3 - $4 cheaper. read more

I have always told friends what a great car wash this is. Yesterday I went through the car wash and somehow my hood, front window and roof got scratched up and stained with something. I talked to the manager Sierra about it. She said it was chips from driving. I explained I did not have any chips in my window or on the hood before I went through the wash and I asked her to look through the window when it was in the sun light. Looking though it you can see hundreds of scratches and small chips and some kind of stain on the window. You can also see them through the paint on the car and you can follow the brush pattern from the front of the car rolling though the rear. She said she would look at the camera and get back to me. Today she called and said she couldn't see my car on the camera and that it was just chips from driving. I asked her to please have her boss call me and she informed me she was as high up as I could go and that was the decision that was made. I took the car to an experienced auto detailer today and he said you can plainly see the brush pattern from the car wash in the pattern on the car. This is the only way I have to try and resolve the issue because the manager at Greenway said I can not talk to anyone else about it. read more
