Just before they started, we asked on a price clarification to make sure we weren't getting ripped off. They quoted us a completely different price than what was on their Google business page and they claimed its because they have "no control over whats on their own page because of Google". A mechanic, right in front of us, starts explaining to the manager "yeah, APPARENTLY they've gotten an oil change here before for this price..." in a degrading and annoyed tone. We politely asked the manager if they could at least match the Pep Boys coupon we had since they wouldn't honor their own Google price and they gave us a really hard time. When we asked to leave and go to Pep Boys they claimed they have already drained all the oil -- before even quoting us a price (of course). After speaking with a manager they finally took the lousy $10 off after arguing back and forth for fifteen minutes. Upon leaving, the mechanic gives the other mechanic a dirty look and says "yeah, real nice" since we didn't give him a tip. Maybe if you weren't so rude the entire time we would have left a tip. Never again.

The car didn't make it to LCHS and back it was overheating. I called and was told to bring it back. When I pulled up to the place the oil change employees was pointing because it was something hanging loose from under my car. Marcus asked me to sit in the lobby so they could check it out. He had me sit there for hours with my child toddler and all. Didn't even offer me a ride home and I live across the street. I left a more detailed review of the situation in my previous review. After the review Bill reached out to me and said my review is killing his business and that he would replace my motor in my car on him. If I took it down. I called him back and asked him to write me a contract I recorded him on my other phone of him saying just give him some time. That was in December. I have not heard anything from him or anyone else at Basha. I lost my job and I've been in a rental since December 4, 2025 wasting thousands of dollars because my main car was also down. I've almost lost my home and I had to give my car back due to me not being able to afford the payments for a car that was not working. And pay for a rental to be able to provide for my family. I'm in a serious amount of debt and at risk of being homeless due to their negligence in handling my car repairs correctly the first time around. They robbed a loyal customer and has caused me to experience several financial hardships. I will be seeking legal action for reimbursement of rental car fees, pain and suffering, and lost wages. FYI iPhones record the date and time the original pic/video was taken. He told me December 4, 2025 he had to get it from across the street. After waiting a few hours and not recieving a call back at 12:28pm and noticed my car was full of snow and looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. I recorded a video and everything. I get the video from Bil and it has a date stamped to it of November 28, 2025 at 4:43pm. When I tell Bil that he tells me on the recording they pushed it. That would be impossible the car windows had snow on them still. I've been holding on to these court papers but I'll be filing them in court tomorrow. I'm a single mother of two my kids didn't have a Christmas, we're on the verge of being homeless. While his business continues to thrive. Take it from me don't take your car there! You will be ripped off and lied to! This place is supposed to be better business bureau accredited. But don't waste your time they won't respond. Save yourself the headache and financial burden! I specifically told them that I had just purchased the used car for my niece and that it had been sitting in a garage for about two years, so it needed a good vacuum and wipe down. I also pointed out that there were spider webs inside the car and exactly where they were. Unfortunately, the inside was not properly cleaned, and the spider webs were still there. I didn't realize it right away until my niece got into the car, saw them, and jumped out screaming, asking when I was going to get the car cleaned. I was extremely upset. I called the business to explain the situation, and they told me to bring the car back but that it would cost another $40. I told them I didn't think it was fair to pay again when the job wasn't done properly the first time.
