This place came recommended so I expected to have great service. The first time I came I requested a new air filter. The guy told me that they recommend one. Ok. They didn't change it. I had to watch YouTube and change it myself. He also told me my "radiator is bone dry." I bought some fluid and was confused because it was full. Maybe he topped it off but it wasn't listed on the receipt with all the rest of the items. I came back to give them a second try. I thought it was pretty standard to check all your fluids, top them off, and check your tire pressure. The guy was very condescending. He told me I was 2000 over on my oil change. But I had the sticker in my window and my car had just alarmed me that I needed an oil change. He said something about cheap oil. I'm not driving a hot rod. I'm driving a run of the mill vehicle. No one checked my tire pressure and I had to go add air to it after the oil change. I did appreciate and take advantage of the free car wash though. I just won't be back. read more

I like this car wash! what I dont like is I signed up for monthly wash. my first wash wash $12 dollar and I would be charged $25 every mont. so I went on-line signed up for taking out from my account 2days later they took out $25. so I talked to the owner and he told me he would look into it let me now that day or next day! 4 days later no calls or messages. read more

this is the place that made me decide to do my own oil changes from here on out. from the unhappy grumpy worker to forgetting to put the drain plug back before adding new oil and putting the wrong filter on. they also just aimlessly put air in your tires like 20 psi over rated. so for over a $120+ service I'll spend the money on getting some nice equipment at home and do it my self. read more

If you catch these guys not assisting a customer they'll be cleaning. Did not try to upsell me though I did go with the more stress of the oil change as I care about my vehicle. Friendly, efficient, and professional. I've been using this shop for so long that I honestly can't remember going anywhere else. The owner is great to talk to and the technicians are knowledgeable. I had one situation where my 2013 Avalanche started throwing an emergency warning that the engine oil was extremely low. SHUT OFF VEHICLE messages are disconcerting. I took it to Caruso's and asked them to check it out. They did an oil change and explained that a sensor filter was clogged. They cleaned it up and added a manufacturer approved cleaner. Never had a problem after that. Probably saved me hundreds of dollars over taking it in to the dealership. I'll never go anywhere else for my oil change needs. P.S. They give you a free car wash with your oil change. read more

I went to this car wash today and after getting into the building I handed the guy a punch card, and my credit card. Tuesday you get a 7 dollar wash for 5 dollars. I was told I had to make at least a 7 dollar purchase using my credit card. There are no signs anywhere advising customers before they get into the line. I was told it has always been this way. I have had 9 car washes there and was never once told that, and my card was accepted. Now I do understand that they can make whatever policy they choose too, but there should be a sign saying so at the entrance of the establishment. The washes are ok but much better at Jon Jon's on 23 mile road, who by the way accept my card and have for several years when I lived just down the road from them. They also have a little be better wash. I don't carry any cash or it would not have been a problem. read more

I have been getting service here for 2 going on 3 years, and I am happy with them and their service. I am first there for a quality oil change with a good filter, then I get a free carwash to go, that is great. I also like the fact that I see the same people time after time, so they must treat their people well, and that makes a difference for me. I have had tires rotated , and replaced all my filters at one time or another at fair prices, I think the transmission fluid exchange is the only thing I have not had done, and I will soon enough have it done, I want it done with the type of machine they have at this shop.
