I came in at noon on a Monday to have a new new valve put on a popped tire of mine. I walked in to…read moresee two other customers, but an awesome chap came out of nowhere and instantly helped me. I showed him the issue with my tire, and he replied with "it'll be just one minute" and rolled it away. I sat in my car for a bit and watched this beauty SPRINT through the job, replacing the valve, scrubbing, sealing, and pumping up the tire. It didn't look easy, and boy did he hustle. So about three minutes go by and he rolls it back and describes what he did. I pull out my wallet and he said "don't worry about it" and even walked away before I could tip. It made my day. Won't be going anywhere else from now on!

Jarred very quickly appraised my car and after a short stressless conversation we agreed on a price. Even though it may be necessary, giving up one's car for ever is not an an easy decision to make and it took me a couple of weeks after my visit to make a return visit to Gurtons. The earlier appraisal for my car still remained and the deal was completed in short order.
