They drove off grinning like Cheshire cats, like they had one on us. During the excavation, we ran into problems with the drainage. Our driveway was always wet and a problem. Eric knew how to fix the drainage problem. He installed pipe to carry away the excess water that came from the hill above. It was a huge job but in the end we have a beautiful, dry driveway, a beautiful wall and no more problems. When they didn't show up, my husband called at 3:00 and was told that the owner thought that the appointment was for 4:30. We understood that they were swamped with emergency work from the recent storm, and things happen. They agreed on a rescheduled time of 6:30. It is now 9:30 and we have yet to see or hear from Jameson. Not reviewing the work because we have no knowledge of it. Our time is as valuable as theirs. No additional chances will be given.
