Walter lied about the work and what they did..no before and after...doesn't even look like work was performed....Walter didn't do one thing he agreed...he was going to make an appointment to come talk to me but just showed up...contacted company by phone and email with no response...apparently Walter is the only one to talk too and in charge. Argued with me about everything... just a total terrible experience - we will never use them again I can't say enough about how bad Walter is...absolutely the worst to do business with

I was told that they might have to damage the fence to get the equipment that they needed inside. I had discussed that I thought they would need a skid steer. They said they would try to minimize the damage, but the gate I had was small. So they showed up with a Rototiller, which was completely not up to the task. The next day when I went to plant, I took a photo of just SOME of the rocks that I had to excavate. Sent an email and received no response but they charged me the complete amount a week later. I was charged more than $1900!! Unconscionable

I had been trying for years to get that plush green lawn, but all the fertilizer and weed killers I used never really worked. I had given up on having that resort lawn, but Shayne convinced me that the right mix of fertilizer at the right time, it could be possible. Well, they exceeded my expectations and the whole family enjoys our yard now. Reading the other reviews here, I understand that others may have had a different experience, but for us YardApes has been a great lawn service.
