Gigi cupcakes is always a must, as their cupcakes are so fun and tasty! We also really enjoy the Great Dane there! It is also just a great area to go and walk around! The parking can be hard, but they do have a ramp and a parking lot that we never have an issue finding a spot. Can't wait to come back here when in the area again!

The clothing section is well organized, however the home section, is absolutely out of control. I felt like I was in wonderland and didn't drink the correct potion. Clocks hanging from the rafters, everything just thrown around, no reason for anything to be anywhere. The adorable older woman at dressing was sweet and the floor staff seemed happy. Until I got to checkout. The cashier didn't say hello even when I said hello.. Didnt tell me my total.. Didnt say thank you or goodbye even when I said it to her. Essentially I checked myself out. She was too busy talking to her co worker who was also ignoring her customer. Sucks to give a lower star rating but these two ruined it for everyone else.

I think it's important to note that when you go in here, you're not gonna find really cheap prices. The prices are still up there. They're just a little bit less than you will find in the actually Nordstrom store and/or Nordstrom online. For me, the main reason I like Nordstrom Rack is their selection of shoes. They have a really big selection of shoes, particularly tennis shoes. They truly have a large amount of all of the name brands. And again, at semi discounted price prices. They're not cheap, but they are below what you would have to pay at the regular Nordstrom stores or most other sporting goods retailers. In terms of clothing, they have a lot of it. They have both a large selection of men and women's clothing. It's truly a vast amount. I don't usually find clothes that catch my eye at this store, but my wife always seems to find something. So, that may let you know of the mindset of the people who shop here. For men, they have a nice selection of suits, sport coats, slacks, and dress shirts. But, they're not exceptionally good deals. Personally, I prefer to go into a shop that is more devoted to those things when I buy such items. For my wife, however, she commonly finds nice dresses, tops, and also, shoes. She too, is a big fan of their shoe department. The one thing I will say is that if you want to get a nice pair of Doc Martens, this is a great place to buy them. They seem to discount Doc Martin's more than they do their other name brand shoes. This is just something to think about. Overall, if you want some high-end clothing, and/or shoes, and/or jewelry, and/or a little bit of anything else that Norstrom offers, this is a good place to purchase it.

I went to the dressing room and the attendant asking me how many items I had, I told them, and they stopped and made me let them count and leave the pack of socks I was carrying on the counter. Someone else took the socks while I was in the room. Next, I wanted some cologne. Took awhile to find someone to open the lock box where they keep it, and they looked at me like I wasn't making sense when I asked for cologne. When I tried to carry it up to go check out, they snatched it out of my hand and carried it straight to the register. Just a bit odd to treat paying customers like they're expecting you to rob them. It will probably make me stick to ordering from the online store in the future.

We spent close to 10 minutes wandering around and not once were we greeted or acknowledged, and we actually needed help. Finding someone was a bit tough too. The store is always well stocked, clean and in good condition. No issues there. Pricing is standard for a Macy's. Not a lot of discounts or sales on the major brands. Overall, it's a Macy's. There for when the need arises. This location is a solid 2.5 for me.

We chiefly go to look at shoes, and it has been consistently an absolute mess in the shoe section, with high price tags for cheap merchandise that is scattered and strewn about. You have to step over open boxes, sizes are not in the correct place, and I've never seen an employee in the shoe section. This past week, we went to look at dresses and there was no signage and very limited availability of any formal dresses for plus size women -- and this is Wisconsin... We went to the "Last Chance" upstairs clearance section and it was worse than the shoe section. Tripping hazards on the floor, items strewn about and disorganized, shelves looked like they'd been looted. This seems to be a store wide problem and we just left without buying anything.

In the past year I have had the guys (Collin, Gary, and Richard) work on 5 different bikes ranging from bike assembly and service to packing and shipping. They worked on everything from my early 1990s Bianchi Eros to my Argon 18 to my 2020 Lynsey GR pro. I often just drop by to have a chat with them about their thoughts on bicycles and triathlons. Beyond bikes my wife and I have gotten several pairs of running shoes (great selection and often sales up to 50% off) where Gary has talked us through what we should be looking for in comfort and fit.
