He started with roll call when we got on the bus and got to know a bit about each person. We rode the bus for about 2 hours learning about Durham. As a Durham transplant, I actually learned more than I thought I would. When the windows are down, it's a bit cold so make sure to bring a jacket! They ended up putting up the windows after our break and it was warm and cozy inside! Overall, I really enjoyed my time at the Bull City Laughs and I'd recommend to my friends.

Ms. Mabel is the sweetest and kindest person I've ever met. She was so kind and just an all-around funny person to be around. The ride was so smooth and enjoyable. Do not book this company! We booked a party bus for Dreamville for 14 people. One day prior to the…read moreevent, we were informed that something happened to the party bus and all he could offer was a standard side-by-side seated bus. Since it was so last minute, we had no choice but to continue as planned. Everything was okay until night 2. We were picked up, and asked the driver to turn the air on as the bus was very warm. After a few minutes, we heard the driver panicking to pull over because the bus was running hot. Unfortunately, the driver knew nothing about how to fix a vehicle that was overheating, so all of the men on the bus were outside for over an hour trying to assist. It was so bad that one of the guys had to walk to a nearby home and ask for a jug of water to continue filling the radiator which was empty. We cooled the bus down enough to get home and everyone left as it was past 1 am at this point. We inquired about at least a partial refund for both inconveniences, but was told "there is nothing we can do." This is extremely disappointing and we will not be using this company again or recommending them to anyone else.
