I would have been stranded bec Enterprise car rental at GSO has no service for after hour car pick up and there's no alternative transportation available at that time. No other service was open or available. When I called Prompt Limo service and the owner said he would be there for us. Without complaint and super friendly service at 2:30am! It was not a planned pick up but he went out of the way to see us safely to the hotel. He also helped me in a pinch bec I had to go back to the GSO Enterprise before a certain time the next morning. The car was great, the kindness he gave was superb and the rates very reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend this service.

We made 4 reservations for service beginning with our arrival last night at RDU airport…read more No show, no call. All the signs were there from the beginning...no written confirmation. Just a verbal assurance that it was all handled. Disorganized about our arrival details even though we had put them succinctly in writing. They were apologetic when they told us nothing like this had ever happened before and they were embarrassed, etc but there was no suggestion or offer of sending another driver or providing a solution. When we texted that we still had not heard from the driver and we tried to call, we were unable to reach anyone for several minutes. So, we were left to deal with the situation on our own. I guess the silver lining was that it was our first service at the airport where there are options abound. Had this been our pick up going back to the airport things could have been MUCH worse. Michael, the owner, was charming and reassuring to talk with on the phone initially but utterly failed us.

And I'd help by booking her a car service to the airport- and flight ;) Both Yelp and a local friend recommended Triangle Coach Coach. I called a few weeks ahead to book and thought I had everything sorted. They were very on top of their game and send me contact info for a driver days beforehand and were very easy to chat with. Minutes before my daughter was getting picked up she called to let me know I booked the driver for the wrong date and he was scheduled for Friday (not Thursday). Oops! I called the car service in a panic and they said they could get another driver there within 30 min. Phew Douane picked her up within 30 min. I got an email when he was there to get her and again after he dropped her off at the airport. Really great for a worried parent who gets minimum communication from her teenage daughter ;) I could have gotten an uber for about $75 less, but felt safer doing this when she was across the country. I would definitely use them again for myself or children.

We had a great experience with My RDU Airport Shuttle. I found this company on Yelp as a good…read morealternative to Lyft, Uber, and parking at Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU). For this particular trip, My RDU Airport Shuttle made more sense than parking at the airport after doing the cost calculations. It cost $72 roundtrip, before tip, for My RDU Airport Shuttle to transport my wife and me from our home in Chapel Hill to RDU and back. It was a $33 *flat* fee plus $3 RDU Airport Authority fee each way. I tipped our drivers. I tipped the first driver with credit card. He had a Square card reader attachment for his phone. I tipped the second driver with cash. In comparison, at the time, rides with Lyft (Standard) and Uber (UberX) would have cost about $26 and $38, respectively, to get from Chapel Hill to RDU (one-way) using the set pickup time option. Note Lyft and Uber prices vary. Those just happened to be the prices I pulled at the time. My RDU Airport Shuttle isn't necessarily cheaper than using a ridesharing service, but ridesharing services aren't strictly in the business of transportation to and from RDU. I think there's some value in that with My RDU Airport Shuttle. For each of my rides with My RDU Airport Shuttle, I received detailed reservation confirmation emails and attached PDFs. They included clear instructions with what to expect both when departing RDU and when arriving at RDU. For our outbound flight, our driver, Ike, showed up to our home about 20 minutes early. He called and texted me to let me know he was outside. He told us to take our time. Ike wore a blazer over a Carolina T-shirt and picked us up in his Lincoln Town Car. It was nicer than your Standard Lyft or UberX. For our inbound flight, I received a text from our driver, Dexter, as soon as I turned on my phone after landing at RDU. He welcomed me to Raleigh/Durham and let me know that he had been tracking our flight. Per the company's instructions, we met Dexter at the designated pickup location: RDU "Prearranged Services" Zone 8 (purple sign). Zone 8 is for all airlines except Southwest. The Southwest pickup location is Zone 1. Dexter proudly wore his Raiders gear and picked us up in his minivan. Ike's car was unmarked. He also works for himself, Ike Transportation. Dexter's van was marked with "My RDU Airport Shuttle," phone number and web address. Both Ike and Dexter were professional, pleasant, and excellent drivers who provided smooth, safe, and comfortable rides. Thank you, Ike and Dexter. I would gladly use My RDU Airport Shuttle again. They have my recommendation.

Absolutely perfect for our needs in every way and definitely made for a much more relaxed and stress free weekend... as much as a wedding weekend can be that is... :) Over the course of the weekend from Friday night to Saturday night we had several different vehicles and drivers. They were awesome!!! They arrived early and with personable drivers.. Every. Single. Trip!!!! Diane McLean was our contact at the main office and she was so very patient with a very green mom as far as transportation scheduling issues go. She listened to our wedding weekend needs, offered suggestions and came up with the best rates possible. Everyone from wedding party to family to guests remarked on how comfortable and attractive the vehicles were each and how attentive and friendly the drivers were. They managed to send arrival texts to me each time...and when i didn't answer...most times...found an alternate contact person/method and maintained calm in the face of happy chaos!! All the vehicles were clean and new and comfortable and stylish...and the limo vans that took the bridesmaids and groomsmen to the ceremony were especially nicely outfitted with bar and lights and music...lots of fun!! We will certainly recommend them and use them in the future. Repeated calls and emails to the company for a refund were ignored until we threatened to refuse all charges with the credit card company. Two days after a refund was issued, they made another unauthorized charge to the card. Incredibly shady people that I would avoid at all costs.
