Jake responded to my question almost immediately and unlike other companies came out to look at the project - which made me feel better about the information that he gave me. The quote came quickly after his visit. After a few more questions/answers- I was able to book him within a short period of time. He did not insist on using his own equipment as another company did. He installed a security light on my garage, rerouted a conduit to my garage and installed an attic fan where there hadn't been one before. He vented it! Provided an extra switch for the fan! He informed us that homes with aluminum wiring can be safe if the proper termination points are used. By explaining what electrical problems we were experiencing, he was already able to provide a ballpark estimate of what the cost would likely be. The final cost even ended up lower than his initial estimate. He was able to fit me in on the same day that I had called. He said he would give a heads up when he is on his way and he did that.
