Its clear they never bothered to look into the case and just tell me the same thing over and over- your case is "resolved" Of course its not resolved and they are defaming me but they do not care. I have caught every supervisor in lies and they do not care. I figure this must be how inmates are treated when incarcerated. I cant say enough bad things about the patient relations team above the lower level workers- who are nice and just doing their job The supervisor? Atrocious
