She had an astounding amount of knowledge about ALL of the products I asked about and genuinely enjoyed helping the customer she took her time to answer all my questions and always treated me like I was the only one in the store and she had all the time in the world to help me purchase what I needed. They products here are high quality and fairly priced but the reason I'm going to make this my new feed store is because of the expert they've hired to work there. I don't even know what all products they have. The feed isn't all out for easy browsing. I rarely have time to ask them for their latest lists of available products and prices, and I don't think they have time to regularly tell me. So, I hate to say to get with the times and do more with their website, but if they could do so without raising prices, that would make it much easier to decide which feed to get. Why are they even paying to have a website when it has so little on it and no listing of products as far as I could find? I would recommend it, but wish it were better.
