I have called and left voicemails. I also sent multiple emails and no response. Now I don't know if they ever filed my tax return for my c corp. Update I removed this initial review because Mr Brinkley sent me a message after I submitted it. He seemed apologetic and said he will work on submitting the return since Tanita Brinkley was the one who should've submitted originally but never did. But mr Brinkley had no follow through. He was inconsistent on replying back to messages and didn't show up for a call we had set up to talk about the return. I ended up requesting a refund and worked on submitted the return for my business myself.

Knowing that I would need to find one eventually, I quickly got Ben's number from her. Ben is great.
