I have been getting Botox for years and started visiting this office after my other nurse left the last office I was going to. Last week I got Botox and the nurse was injecting around my eye and placard the needle somewhere where she shouldn't. My whole left eye is now bruised, they offered to laser it which was so painful and made the eye look worse. The nurse said it's the worst she had ever seen. My mother in law died the day after and I had to go to the funeral with a black eye and explain to everyone what happened. No one could believe they charged me for this. I emailed the owner who told me NOT TO GET INJECTABLES BEFORE AN EVENT NEXT TIME like I could plan the death of a family member. Please think before going here. Not only can this happen to you but then you might have to burn your face with a laser which is so painful I don't know why anyone would do this to themselves around their eyes. read more

I have just completed my sixth and final appointment with Dr. Greer to resolve a cosmetic issue involving my forearms. I could not be happier with the service I received and the courtesy with which I was treated. The office is run efficiently and for each of the six appointments I was ushered into my room immediately upon my arrival. Each time I enjoyed a few minutes of pleasant conversation with Jude, the technician, as she prepped me and then Dr. Greer came in promptly to complete the procedure. Probably the most striking part of my experience came at my initial appointment. I had come to the office thinking that I would get some form of treatment to rejuvenate my 57 year old face. Dr. Greer spent what seemed to me to be an extraordinary amount of time (as compared to my other medical professionals) asking questions about how I felt about my face and my entire body. As we talked and as a result of her gentle probing; I determined for myself that my real concerns were not my face but other areas of my body. She suggested a procedure, at the same cost as the one that I had originally anticipated having done, and we began that course of treatment that same visit. I am not new to the cosmetic surgery world. I have had breast implants for close to 10 years now and I have had 2 procedures done with Dr Lu Jean Feng. I will not be going back to Dr. Feng.
